About us
Die Jausenmacher GmbH was founded in mid-May 2018 by managing partner Martin Podobri, who has run it actively ever since. The boss, his wife Lena, is the strong supporting force at his side in every aspect of the company as authorised officer.
02. The boss
Martin Podobri: numbers, rounds, logistics
Responsibilities are clearly divided. The boss looks after the numbers: he leads on hiring as well as time and payroll accounting.
Logistics is also his responsibility, meaning the mobile snack sales including route planning. The mobile snack rounds are being extended all the time, and the van sales staff do an excellent job under his guidance.
Last but not least, he handles business contact with the major suppliers’ representatives and, at times, the first contact with companies asking about the service.
03. The boss
Lena Podobri: the heart and soul of the house
In leading the staff, in job interviews and in looking after employees personally, she relies on her sensitivity, foresight and years of experience. The personal, advisory first contact for catering and with interested companies is her area too.
Product development, costing and the recipes for the monthly specials, the lunches and the catering are her creative field. The logo and every outward design, from business cards to flyers, are hers as well.

Besides setting and pursuing clear company goals, looking after the wellbeing of the staff is part of the company strategy. And because work simply goes better with coffee, it is free for all staff at the in-house coffee bar.
The company keeps growing: today it has 35 staff and 20 snack vans. New products extend the range and are changed regularly.
