Die Jausenmacher, Austria’s leading mobile snack provider, deliver a varied range of filled rolls and lunch menus straight to companies and schools.

02. The snack van pulls up

When the Jausenmacher van pulls up, many a heart beats faster.

Break-time rolls, open sandwiches, drinks and specials that change every month are sold right at the snack van. Every day the vans drive around Linz, Enns, Wels, Asten and Steyr.

03. Lunch on pre-order

Cooked fresh Monday to Thursday

Alongside the morning snacks, Die Jausenmacher also deliver lunch on pre-order. The recipes come from the boss, Lena Podobri, herself.

  • Prepared fresh every day from the boss’s house recipes
  • No preservatives, flavour enhancers or ready-made products
  • Order by 12:00 noon on the previous working day

04. Catering for your meeting

Garnished, filled, ready to collect

For meetings and other occasions, catering and special orders are arranged individually. They are collected on weekdays at the Jausenmacher base in Linz or delivered as part of the rounds.

Close to people

Besides a varied break-time menu, Die Jausenmacher offer a great deal of humanity. Nothing goes in the bin: unsold food goes to social organisations such as SOMA, the Welser Tafel and the Linzer Brotstube.

Frequently asked questions

Where do the snack vans go?

Die Jausenmacher supply companies and schools every day around Linz, Wels, Enns, Asten and Steyr. The lunch rounds cover Linz, Traun, Pasching, Hörsching and the surrounding area.

How does the snack van come to our company?

Interested companies ask to be added to the daily route plan, by phone, by email or through the contact form. The snack van then sells right on the company premises.

By when can I order lunch?

Customers on the lunch rounds order by 12:00 noon on the previous working day at the latest, by email to bestellung@jausenmacher.at. Lunch is cooked Monday to Thursday.

Does Die Jausenmacher also do catering?

Yes. Catering and special orders for meetings and other occasions are arranged individually. They are collected on weekdays at the base at Neubauzeile 101 in Linz or delivered as part of the rounds.

What happens to food that is not sold?

Nothing goes in the bin. Unsold food goes to social organisations such as SOMA, the Welser Tafel and the Linzer Brotstube.

Is there a newsletter?

No, Die Jausenmacher do not send newsletter emails. All news is on this website and on Facebook and Instagram.
